Spectrum New Beginnings vision is to cultivate healthier and more harmonious communities. By providing holistic wellness programs and self-care practices to individuals and organizations, we are renewing minds and transforming lives, one day at a time.

In 2024, we were gifted with funding from the Northwest Dayton Partnership Community Investment Fund to address the physical and mental health challenges in Northwest Dayton AKA the Hope Zone. This funding allows us to provide free self-care programs for a community that has been historically identified as under-resourced and at-risk.

Our current programs include Community Self-Care Labs and Self-Care and Support Groups for Women and Grandmothers. These programs are currently offered at Five Rivers Family Health Center’s Northwest Dayton location. We also provide tailored programs including wellness days and self-care retreats for small groups, teams, larger organizations and schools.
